Policies & Guidelines For Your Stay
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we encourage guests to review our policies before booking. From check-in procedures to pet accommodations, our guidelines help create a welcoming and well-organized stay for all visitors. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies before making your reservation.
Parking
We are at 120 E. Main St, at the corner of 100 E, where you will turn uphill towards our red gravel parking area. Please park facing the rail fence in front of the Inn, and walk toward the wide paved entrance to find the Guest Lounge on the south side of building. Please do not park in front of the garage or drive over the burms. They are there to divert water during storms.
Self Check-In
SELF CHECK-IN is from 3:00 until WHENEVER. Find your room assignment in your confirmation and welcome email as well as on the sign hanging on the Guest Lounge door. (Changes are rare, but please check). Key instructions will be found in your confirmation and welcome email.
Booking Fees
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please add 15.02% state and local taxes to the room rate. Initially we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $50 per room. The remainder plus a cleaning fee of $35 (per room), $150 for (the house), and $300 for (the entire property) is collected 7 days before arrival and is NON_REFUNDABLE. 1 NIGHT STAYS INCUR AND EXTRA $40 FEE. If you have made your reservation through an OTA it is NON-REFUNDABLE at the time of booking.
Cancellations or Early Departure
Your $50 booking fee (Per room) is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are NON-REFUNDABLE and already charged in full, but you may opt to change the date of your reservation within the same calendar year for a $50 re-booking fee. If you have made your reservation through an OTA it is NON-REFUNDABLE at the time of booking.
Smoking
NO smoking is permitted on the property.
Indoor and Outdoor Fires
NO FIRES PERIOD ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY AT THIS TIME!
Children & Fees
We only have 4 units, no maids. We love children, but ONLY the River room, with 2 Queen beds, and The Loubird House with 3 rooms is large enough to accomodate more than 2 people ($10 per person over 2 ppl.) If you have a small child that you don't mind sleeping with you are welcome to book one of the other rooms for a $10 additional fee. Please note the correct number of people on your reservation.
Pets
The Loubird Inn does not accommodate pets.
No Daily Housekeeping Service
If you need anything extra please don't hesitate to ask. PLEASE put trash in the round metal garbage can by our back door or in the large grey garbage can in front of the garage.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11AM. Please leave the key in the room, not in your pocket, and travel safely. We hope to see you again soon!
Incidentals
You may be charged up to $500 for any damages made during your stay. This charge will be assessed after your stay with us. Damages include anything that needs to be fixed or replaced due to your stay with us. If it is on us it is on us! No funny business here!
Winter Season
